Solventarion does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with third parties. We may share your data only in the following cases: with government institutions when necessary to manage your access to social support programs (with your prior authorization), with service providers acting on our behalf under strict confidentiality obligations, when required by a competent authority through a duly founded and motivated resolution or mandate, and in cases provided by the LFPDPPP that do not require consent.

6. Your Rights (ARCO Rights)

Under current Mexican legislation, you have the right to Access your personal data, Rectify them when inaccurate or incomplete, Cancel them when you consider they are not being processed in accordance with applicable principles and duties, or Oppose their processing for specific purposes (ARCO rights). To exercise any of these rights, you may send your request to privacidad@solventarion.com including: your full name, a clear description of the right you wish to exercise, documents proving your identity, and any other element that facilitates the location of your data. We will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 business days from receipt.
